Job Title: Private Care Patient Navigator
Rate: £16.53
Hours: 3-5 days 35 hours
Location: Stanmore
Start date: A.S.A.P

About the Role:
As a Private Care Patient Navigator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our outpatient and radiology booking services, as well as managing inpatient bookings. Your responsibilities will include coordinating patient appointments, providing front-of-house support during clinics, and ensuring that all patients receive exceptional care throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all patient bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide administrative support during outpatient clinics
  • Manage radiology bookings and ensure timely reporting of images
  • Maintain up-to-date theatre schedules for inpatient and day case bookings
  • Develop and implement service standards to enhance patient experience

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business or administration
  • Previous administrative experience in private healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and clinical systems
