You will be joining a national charity with a track record for looking after their staff (investors in people / best company to work for awards).
This is a rewarding role, supporting offenders reintegrate back into society pre-release. Based at HMP Bullingdon (a category B prison), you will work with a caseload of 60 to provide support around training, education and employment whilst signposting them to services covering housing / resettlement needs to ensure they are receiving well rounded support pre-release. They need proactive candidates who are able to spot opportunities to support offenders. There will also be days you support at HMP Springhill (a category D prison) as well.

People who might find this role of interest may have worked as an Employment Advisor, Probation Officer, Support Worker, Case Manager, or Resettlement Officer.
Criminology/Criminal Studies Grads with relevant experience will also be considered.
