Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Nottingham (5 days on-site)

Salary: £30,000

My client is a leading specialist retailer with 50+ stores across the UK. As they expand further they are seeking a driven and experienced Catalogue and Print Marketing Executive to join the team.

Daily you will control the critical project flow of product related content from multiple suppliers which will include technical specification and images making sure it is ready to print.

Key responsibilities:

??Craft precise copy based on supplier-provided documentation and deliver it promptly to the design agency.

??Enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Creative Services Department by actively providing administrative support.

??Manage the compilation of catalogue proposal product information for both discontinued and new products, and keep pagination updated.

??Collaborate with external vendors to procure product samples for media recording, while ensuring accurate maintenance of stock movement records as necessary.

??Organize timely and effective media recording in alignment with catalogue and flyer deadlines.

??Facilitate communication between external suppliers and the Accounts Department to ensure accurate and prompt reimbursement for media recording expenses.

Key skills:

?Copywriting - Creating copy for catalogues and proof reading

?Marketing asset collation & development

?Ability to assess images to ensure correct specifications for printed material are met

?Capable of delivering artwork briefs to our external studio
