A position for a Principal RF Systems Engineer role based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire has just become available, offering hybrid working plus a fantastic 9-day working fortnight!

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a global-leading design and manufacturing business involved with RF / Microwave devices that are predominantly marketed into the space, aerospace, and defence sectors.

The Principal RF Systems Engineer job will be responsible for defining the technology roadmap, working with customers and business development to understand and refine future products. They will establish routes to increasing system design and development capability related to Radar systems, Antenna Arrays and associated technologies.

Ideal candidates for the Principal RF Systems Engineer job will have design and development experience in the following areas:

  • Working with or for design prime organisation to define system requirements
  • Worked with modelling packages and experience with the hardware design cycle, from requirements capture, through schematic design and layout
  • The successful candidate will need to obtain security clearance
