Our client, an established and growing firm of property consultants based in Glasgow, are currently seeking a Principal Designer to join them team due to continued growth. The Principal Designer will provide Health and Safety support to project teams in connection with construction and property maintenance activities. Our client has 1800 assets within their portfolio and they have got a structured 5-year growth plan which will contribute to the growth of the team and portfolio.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has prior experience within the health and safety field and a suitable certificate / qualification to support them. The successful candidate must also have ambition to join a growing team and assist the team with all health and safety matters. This opportunity offers a very competitive package and genuine career progression.

Principal Designer Position Overview

  • Job Type: Permanent

  • Monday to Friday
  • Salary - Dependent on Experience
  • Start Date - ASAP (happy to wait for notice periods)

Principal Designer Position Requirements

  • Hold NEBOSH or equivalent
  • Experience within the construction or property industry
  • Good IT and Grammar
  • Full UK drivers' licence
  • Further requirements to be discussed
