A very well-respected Construction Consultancy, with a varied project portfolio are looking to hire a self-motivated Principal Designer / CDM Advisor, to provide advice regarding all design safety to their clients. The company champions a strong social office, with a close-knit nature.

Principal Designer / CDM Advisor

The Principal Designer / CDM Advisor will be confident in his design advice and relay this to clients, which includes one of the biggest Architectural firms in the country. Managing a portfolio of 20+ projects, the Principal Designer / CDM Advisor will have a wide range of projects to work within.

Principal Designer / CDM Advisor Requirements

  • NEBOSH National Certificate
  • Tech IOSHH Membership
  • APS Membership
  • Design/Technical degree (preferable)
  • Previous CDM / Principal Designer Real Estate or Construction Consultancy experience
