Principal Designer Advisor

Newly registered role for a Principal Designer Advisor in the city centre of Glasgow.
You'll be joining an organisation that is responsible for the management, disposal and development for one of the most significant commercial property portfolios in the city.
Made up of around 1800 units across multiple sectors, you'll have a diverse landscape of work that will change on a daily basis.
The client is passionate about effecting positive change and has secured substantial capital to work with across the portfolio.
Your new role
The ideal candidate is a suitably experienced Health and Safety Professional who will be joining the Technical Team to champion Health & Safety. The successful candidate will provide Health & Safety support to project teams in conjunction with property and construction related matters.
What you'll need to succeed
- NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) or equivalent.
Construction related qualification to a minimum of HNC level. - Experience of undertaking Health and Safety duties in a construction-related environment.
- Commitment to CPD providing supporting evidence.
