About the job

The core function is to secure new corporate clients:

  • Maximise the leads provided to you by our digital and telesales prospecting activity.
  • Create and maintain excellent business relationships with professional introducers to generate additional new business opportunities.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact during all of your new business negotiations.
  • Prepare and check all reports and present the solutions to your prospects.
  • Completing the sales process to secure the new client.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: £40,000.
  • Bonus structure: Open ended with OTE circa £80,000.
  • Holiday: 33 days’ holiday (incl. bank holidays), plus up to 3 days at Christmas.

About You - Personal

  • Ability to sell yourself, Outset, Primed, and our products and services.
  • Enjoy networking and prospecting to "open doors" and create self-generated leads.
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and committed to helping prospects and clients.
  • A strong desire to develop yourself and to do "the best you can" for you and our clients.
  • Happy and able to work on your own as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and workload prioritisation.
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills with strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills (telephone, virtual and face to face).

About You - Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong, proven, successful experience in a B2B customer service or sales environment.
  • Experience in HR or Health & Safety Sales would be great but not essential
