Primed is suitable for small and medium sized businesses. We support our clients with employment law, HR and health & safety issues and workplace compliance.

We aim to ensure our clients are compliant, by being ready to respond to issues as they arise, and hopefully helping them to improve their knowledge and confidence at dealing with challenges along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

As a HR Advisor within our Primed team, your responsibilities will include delivering efficient and accurate HR support and guidance to our diverse client base, as well as collaborating with our client teams (we call them pods) to ensure seamless operations.

From handling employee relations issues to assisting with recruitment and talent management initiatives, building HR policies and well-being strategies your role will be instrumental in driving the success of our clients' businesses.

  • Build strong relationships with client base, becoming an integral part of their operations. Becoming part of their extended team.
  • Provide expert HR advice and support, covering all aspects of the employee life cycle and offering best practise, commercially focused solutions.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal client pods to ensure smooth day-to-day task management, project planning and delivery of work.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and employment law to deliver top-notch solutions to our clients.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5 years’ experience in an HR advisory or HR consultancy role.
  • Strong interest in pro-people management, and employment law.
  • Ability to thrive in a reactive, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A self-starter with an ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and solution finding.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on delivering results.
  • HR accreditations such as CIPD or Human Resources Management are a plus.
