Prime Property Manager Job Description

Role Overview:

As a pivotal member of the Lettings Team, you will ensure the seamless operation of the property management portfolio, taking sole responsibility for its management. While ARLA qualification is preferred, it's not essential as my client will cover the cost of qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address maintenance issues and organise for repairs to be actioned.
  • Conduct biannual property inspections and provide updates to landlords.
  • Handle tenancy deposit registration, renewals, and deposit protection.
  • Process monthly rent demands and manage renewals with monthly meetings.
  • Organise annual gas and electrical safety inspections and maintain compliance folders.
  • Assist with marketing efforts and general diary management, including scheduling appointments.
  • Provide weekly Friday email updates.
  • Onboard new suppliers, manage contracts, and handle incoming post.
  • Drafting contracts, invoices, and managing accounts.
  • Prepare and distribute customised new client welcome packs and gifts.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years' property management experience, specifically from an agency background, with a comprehensive understanding of 360 property management processes, including inspections and deposit handling.
  • It would be an advantage if you have used Acquaint CRM previously.This is an urgent start so candidates who are available immediate or able to start fairly soon would be preferred, although my client will wait for the right person.

Package:

  • Competitive salary range of £35k - £40k, dependent on experience.
  • Discretionary bonus.
  • ARLA qualification expenses covered.
