We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join the team at a vibrant school in Bexley. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers seeking new challenges and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to make a significant impact in the classroom.

Day-to-day of the role:

Plan and deliver stimulating, challenging, and engaging lessons that cater to all children, fostering a positive climate for learning.

Create a culture of success and high expectations within the classroom, ensuring a sense of belonging and progress for every student.

Develop effective relationships with students, promoting their academic and social development.

Contribute to the school community by potentially leading a core subject and participating in various school activities.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

Ability to plan and teach inspiring lessons that meet the needs of all students.

Strong classroom management skills and high expectations for all pupils.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Commitment to continuous professional development.

A proactive approach to student welfare and safeguarding.
