Reed are currently working with a school in Hayes who are looking for a Primary Trained Teacher. Although you will be teaching pupils from ages 12-14, we welcome applications from Primary Trained Teachers.

The school is looking for someone with a passion for developing and supporting pupils with a variety of challenges relating to ASC, you don't necessarily need specific experience.  We would love to hear from you if you are currently working in mainstream education and have a real desire to gain new skills.

School requires an experienced and qualified teacher who has the ability to make a significant contribution to the school.  This role is based in a secondary school, teaching classes aged between 11 and 19.

Happy to accept applications from candidates with QTS status, whether your experience is in Primary or Secondary Teaching.

School is experiencing a period of huge growth at the moment and, coupled with the track record in developing staff, this means huge opportunities for ambitious and talented Teachers.   If you are an aspiring middle leader, Reed wants to hear from you!

Ideal applicant will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils’ achievement and ability to develop. The pupils may display some challenging behaviour due to their different needs, so staff are required to have experience.

Within this role, you will teach pupils in a fun and engaging way. You will also work with the support staff within the classroom to ensure that each pupil is getting the support they require, but also to ensure the smooth running of sessions and allow each pupil to have a positive learning environment. You will provide feedback to SLT, parents and carers.

For this role, you should:

  • Have previous experience teaching in an SEN school or extensive experience working with pupils with complex additional needs.
  • Have experience teaching and be able to plan fun and engaging sessions.
  • Have a UK QTS or QTLS.

Role is full time and permanent with school directly - however if applicant wants to start immediately, this is also possible via Reed and can be done on a temp to perm basis.

Click "apply" if you have the qualifications required and I'll be in touch within 3-5 days.
