Job Opportunity: Full-Time Primary Teaching Assistant

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have prior school experience and a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN). Passion for education and a caring attitude towards students are essential qualities.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Providing support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school setting.
- Ability to work full-time hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Desired Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or CACHE Level 3.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Start Date: June 2024
