The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience of the students. Your role will involve supporting individual students, small groups, and whole classes across various subjects. You’ll contribute to creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.

• Assisting Teachers: Collaborate with class teachers to plan and deliver effective lessons.
• Student Support: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
• Behavior Management: Help maintain a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
• Resource Preparation: Assist in preparing teaching materials and resources.
• Supervision: Support during break times, outings, and school events.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma (relevant qualifications preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is advantageous.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience and Empathy: Ability to connect with students and adapt to their individual needs.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.
