Primary Teaching Assistant Shoreham

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to work full-time at a fantastic primary school in Shoreham, West Sussex. This will be working with groups of Year 5 pupils who have challenging behavior issues, we are looking for a resilient TA who will be working 1:1 to support these pupils. This role is to start ASAP.

Our teaching assistants’ duties can include:

• Working with small groups of pupils

• Providing intervention support

• 1:1 support for SEND and lower ability pupils

• Some experience of working with children or in a school

• A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils

• Resilience

• Experience dealing with challenging behavior
