At Academics Portsmouth we have a high demand for Primary Teachers in the area on a supply basis from now until the end of the Academic year. This includes daily supply opportunities, pre-booked block bookings and short term contract work for ECT's looking to keep up their classroom experience until September.
We also specialise in finding Primary Teachers long term and permanent teaching roles so if this is something you're considering as well, we can help!!

Essential attributes we are hoping for in an ECT:

• Knowing the practices and values of successful learning and teaching in the classroom.
• Being able to establish routines and disciplinary strategies by following the schools own behaviour policies.
• A good team player so that you are able to work closely with fellow staff members and ultimately can maximise students learning together.
• Being local to Portsmouth and have the right to work in the UK.

Once registered with Academics you will have a dedicated, local consultant who will support you with your teaching career, and additionally who will give you access to a variety of flexible opportunities, all at great rates of pay.

You must have, or be willing to submit, an enhanced, child workforce DBS to be able to work in a UK school.
