Job Title: Primary Teacher

Location: Barnet, London

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Barnet? Join our vibrant school community, where we are committed to providing an outstanding education and nurturing environment for our students. We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis.

  • Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across the primary curriculum, fostering a love for learning and supporting students' academic progress.
- Create differentiated learning experiences to meet the individual needs and abilities of students, including those with diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Nurture a positive and inclusive classroom culture where students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and initiatives that enhance the learning experience for all students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on students' progress and involving them in their child's education.

  • Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Thorough understanding of the primary curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering the holistic development of every child.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
