We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented Key stage 2 class teacher to provide high-quality, supportive and engaging teaching for the pupils. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals, who are relentless in their pursuit of an excellence mission to make every day count for the children. We’re looking for someone who:

  1. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents and colleagues.
  2. Is creative, innovative and able to develop engaging learning plans and activities.
  3. Values diversity and fosters inclusivity within the classroom.
  4. Is able to make the classroom fun, whilst also making it appropriately challenging for the children.

What You Need to Be Considered for This Role:

To be considered for the position of Early Career Teacher (ECT) with us, you’ll need:

  1. A valid QTS
  2. Relevant teaching qualifications
  3. A comprehensive understanding of early childhood education frameworks and curriculum understanding.
  4. Experience already working in schools.
  5. A commitment to ongoing professional development.
  6. A positive attitude, resilience and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners.
