We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented Key stage 2 class teacher to provide high-quality, supportive and engaging teaching for the pupils. We’re looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents and colleagues.
- Is creative, innovative and able to develop engaging learning plans and activities.
- Values diversity and fosters inclusivity within the classroom.
- Is able to make the classroom fun, whilst also making it appropriately challenging for the children.
What You Need to Be Considered for This Role:
To be considered for the position of Early Career Teacher (ECT) with us, you’ll need:
- A valid QTS
- Relevant teaching qualifications
- A comprehensive understanding of early childhood education frameworks and curriculum understanding.
- Experience already working in schools.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A positive attitude, resilience and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners.
