Day to Day of the role:

• Delivering inspiring and engaging lessons to a variety of year groups across different schools.
• Quickly adapting to new classroom settings and maintaining a high standard of teaching.
• Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that caters to the needs of all pupils.
• Encouraging curiosity and a love for learning among students.
• Utilising a range of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Providing feedback and communicating effectively with staff and parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold a recognised teaching qualification.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students in learning.
• A sense of humour and the ability to inject fun into learning.
• A passion for education and a commitment to professional development.
