Term Time Teachers work with lovely local mainstream, independent and SEN schools that are in need of Primary Teachers to cover sickness, maternity leave, and training days.

Requirements of a Primary Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in KS1 or KS2
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Behaviour management experience

Qualities we look for in a Primary Teacher:

  • Have a love of learning and passionate to develop this in all children
  • Have a growth mindset
  • Be inclusive of children with SEN
  • Be approachable, caring, and kind

Information on Primary Teacher role:

  • Location- Orpington and surrounding villages
  • Pay- £130- £180 per day
  • Hours- 8.30am-3.30pm Monday-Friday. Part-Time or Full-Time. You are in charge of your work diary
  • Year- Key Stage 1 or 2
