Class People have a bank of schools who regularly require Full-Time and Part-Time Primary Teacher either in KS1 or KS2 in South Gloucestershire, Thornbury on a short-term supply, long term supply, fixed term contracts and permanent positions.

As a Primary Teacher KS1 and KS2 you will have the opportunity to work in variety of Primary schools ranging from large schools to small village schools. This will ensure that you will be gaining valuable experience and making a positive impact on the education of young learners.

What are we looking for in a Primary Teacher KS1 and KS2?

  • Need a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Experience in teaching KS1 & KS2, however we do also welcome experienced teachers in KS3 & KS4!
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and gaining new valuable experience.
  • Adaptable and flexible.

What do you require as a Primary Teacher KS1 and KS2?

  • Hold the right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online Update Service or be willing to process one with Class People.
  • You will need a PGCE and a QTS or equivalent previous experience in a UK School.
  • Two professional child experience related references.
