Role Overview:

• Position: Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher (Pre-school Teacher)
• Start Date: April 2024 or September 2024
• Contract Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Foster a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers to ensure each child receives tailored support and guidance.
• Assess children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents/carers, using observations and assessments to inform planning and interventions.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or specialization in Early Years Education.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and best practices in Early Years pedagogy.
• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
