About this role

I work with a range of schools that are based in OX15. They are looking for Teaching Assistants to join their amazing team and to uphold the passionate atmosphere throughout the school.

These schools have such a warm environment, therefore these schools need Teaching Assistants that are kind, caring and patient. This job requires 5 GCSEs (including math and English), experience working or volunteering with children is required, but teaching assistant experience is not. SEN experience is desirable, due to most schools having SEN students, but also not required.



This role will include:

  • Preparing learning materials

  • Adapt support to each students needs

  • Create an inclusive environment for students

  • Build relationships within the students, staff and parents
