Are you a dedicated Primary School Teacher ready to lead a Year 3 class in Putney? Reeson Education is delighted to announce a full-time teaching opportunity for a Year 3 Primary School Teacher at a two-form entry school in Putney, starting in September. Primary School Teacher Key Responsibilities:

  • Class Leadership: Take charge of a Year 3 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and foster student development.
  • Curriculum Alignment: Develop lesson plans, resources, and assessments tailored to the needs and abilities of Year 3 students, ensuring progression and attainment.
  • Student Support: Provide academic and pastoral support to students, nurturing their individual growth and well-being while fostering a positive classroom culture.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support student learning and maintain effective communication channels.

Primary School Teacher Requirements:

  • Teaching Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience teaching in primary education, ideally within Key Stage 2.
  • Curriculum Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and possess the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons that meet curriculum objectives.
  • Pedagogical Expertise: Showcase excellent classroom management skills, differentiated teaching methods, and a commitment to student-centered learning.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
