About this role

I work alongside a range of schools based around the Charlbury area, that are looking for Teachers to join their faculty. They are looking for a supportive and uplifting teacher that is adamant on providing high quality education to the children.

These schools have amazing staff, so they need someone that will fulfill the high expectations set by the Head Teachers. This job requires a bachelor in teaching (QTS). This position would require some experience working or volunteering around children. Previous teaching experience is not essential, but preferred and passion to maintain the great quality of the school’s education.

This role will include:

  • Organise and manage a classroom

  • Teaching all pupils in your class according to their educational needs

  • Creating a well structured and positive environment

  • Identifying clear objectives of how the students will be taught and assessed throughout the year

  • Building relationships with the pupils, the parents and the faculty
