About this role

I work alongside some amazing schools that are based around the Charlbury area. They all have incredible staff, so they are looking forCover Supervisors that will be able to step up to the challenge when there is a Teacher absence.

These schools are a lovely place to work and learn, so they are looking for Cover Supervisors that are compassionate, adaptable and will create an uplifting atmosphere within the classroom. This job requires 5 GCSEs (including math and English), A QTS is not required, but some form of degree is necessary and experience working with children in a school environment is required. SEN experience is desirable, due to most schools having SEN students, but also not required.

This role will include:

  • Supervising pupils, ensuring they are engaged in the classwork

  • Encouraging pupils to interact

  • Helping pupils to become more independent in their learning

  • Establishing trust with pupils, interacting with them according to individual needs
