• Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Assist in behaviour management and create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement personalized learning plans.
• Support students during structured and non-structured activities.
• Ensure students have full access to the curriculum and examinations

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant.
• Valid driving license (essential for travel between school sites).
• Passion for working with children and a positive, professional mindset.
• Ability to build rapport with students and maintain a supportive atmosphere
