We are looking for an Early Years Teacher who is passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant educational setting in the Bexley area and make a significant impact on our youngest learners’ lives.

Day-to-day of the role:

Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote holistic development.

Regularly assess children’s progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.

Create an inviting and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to provide the best possible support for each child.

Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families to foster a supportive learning community.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for teaching in the UK.

A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to developing young learners.

Creativity in designing engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.

Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and the ability to respond to various teaching situations.
