�? Role Overview: As a Primary Classroom Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

? Assisting with classroom activities and projects

? Providing one-on-one support to students as needed

? Helping to manage classroom behavior and promoting a positive atmosphere

? Collaborating with teachers to create engaging lesson plans

? Supporting students with special needs and adapting activities accordingly

? Contributing to a safe and nurturing school environment

Skills and Qualifications required:

• A qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable (Level 2 or Level 3)
• Enhanced DBS Certficate or the willingness to process one
• Experience supporting children within a classroom environment
• References covering the last 24 months of employment
