What you will do:

· Contract Hire and Daily Rental pricing.

· Calculating vehicle rental and contract hire prices for the sales team with a focus on winning profitable business with competitive pricing.

· Managing a team inbox for internal pricing requests.

· Processing contracts hire quotes and orders.

· Pricing tool updates including price matrixes, excess mileage pricing and rate books.

· Become a product expert.

· Work with our team to share knowledge, carry out training on the technology and cars we have on fleet and other vehicles available on the market.

· Updates on new models added to the fleet.

Involvement in purchasing.

· Working with the Pricing Team Manager and Fleet Director to meet with suppliers on a regular basis to discuss stock and pricing.

· Pricing calculations used for purchasing decision making.

· Ordering vehicles with manufacturers and dealers.

· Checking new vehicle purchasing quotes and adding the vehicles to the system.

· Analysis to help decision making.

· Profit and hire analysis.

· Stock and ordered vehicle analysis.

· Other ad-hoc tasks.

· Ordering vehicle accessories and checking they have been fitted correctly.

· Occasional help with marketing tasks like vehicle photography.

· Help with managing both the physical and online Global vehicle showroom.

· Potential to account manage a basket of customers and be involved in sales.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

· Passionate interest in vehicles with a background within the automotive industry

· Analytical nature with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy

· Methodical and process driven.

· Work well under pressure especially during peak periods.

· Other ad-hoc tasks.

· Good numeracy & literacy skills

· Good IT skills, including an understanding of Microsoft packages.

· Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders

· Strong organization skills to effectively manage and prioritize workload

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000.00 per year
