Job Description:
Are you ready to play a essential role in our manufacturing process? We're seeking a Press Brake Operator - Setter to operate and set up press brake machines for bending and shaping metal sheets to precise specifications.

Responsibilities:
Carry out bending and forming operations using standard and custom punches
Input information into the machine using the CNC controller
Align ram and back gauge positions according to process control instructions and blueprints
Undertake intricate programming utilising all functionalities of the press brake
Validate the "first piece inspection" using suitable measuring instruments and conduct ongoing spot checks
Inspect all components upon completion of bending or folding and organise them accordingly for further inspection and delivery

Qualifications/Experience:
Previous experience in operating press brake machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with metal fabrication processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Adherence to safety protocols.
