The role of premises assistant is to coordinate all the planned reactive maintenance within an Education establishment in Bristol, to work with the premises team to complete tasks.
comply with the health and safety legislation and manage sub-contractors’ attendance and quotations for the work needed.
Opening the school or closing school on a rota basis with Premises manager.

Great communication skills Knowledge of health and safety
Being organised to deliver works on time.
Wiliness to learn and adapt.
