Harris Primary Academy Peckham Park, is a primary academy with nursery provision, where we are proud to celebrate the wide range of backgrounds, abilities, faiths and cultures within our school. Main Areas of Responsibility

As part of this 24-month apprenticeship, you will assist in the general maintenance and site security of the Academy premises and site. This will include:

  • Daily site maintenance including planned and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Delivery distribution and furniture moving, as required
  • Site security
  • Contractor supervision, as and when needed
What We are Looking For

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and requirements
  • Basic training in one or more of the following; plumbing, general and ground maintenance, building maintenance, heating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of the operation of heating, ventilating systems and common causes of malfunctions
  • Knowledge of maintenance and security systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of administration and supervisory skills
  • Understanding of appropriate cleaning methods and standards
