As a Preschool Lead, you will play a pivotal role in providing a stimulating and supportive learning environment for our young learners. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring that each child receives high-quality care and education tailored to their individual needs.

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a recognised qualification in early childhood education and any experience of working with preschool-aged children is appreciated. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff members.

As a Preschool Lead, you will have the opportunity to:
