Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for exceptional delivering customer service?

Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy managing the intricacies of application processes?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Pre-Offer Case Manager!

Duties for this role include:

  • Being first point of contact for any queries on mortgage applications from Pre offer to offer.
  • Maintaining and building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Liaising with Mortgage Brokers.
  • Review mortgage application for completeness and accuracy, requesting any additional documentation as needed.
  • Liaise with the underwriting team ensuring application requirements are complied with and updated.
  • Working within prescribed procedures, practices and agreed SLAs.

 The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Worked in an administrative role previously (Financial services background is desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills to manage mortgage applications.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to prioritise workload.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • IT Literate
