Pre-Contracts Sales Manager

Job Title: Pre-Contracts Sales Manager  
Salary: £60,000 per annum (negotiable) plus OTE and a £5k car allowance
Location: Hatfield
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00 am - 16.30

We are currently seeking a Pre-Contracts Manager to join our clients dynamic team. The Pre-Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing existing accounts while also generating new clients through proactive business development activities. This role requires a consultative approach, with a focus on providing expert advice, support, and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of their clients.
SKILLS REQUIRED
·Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role within the construction industry. Must have previous experience of contract selling and tender management.
·Ability to demonstrate ability to meet and exceed sales targets
·Excellent pipeline management skills
·Full and valid UK Driving Licence, to visits clients on site
·Familiarity with CRM systems and PC literate
·Strong communication skills
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Actively produce sales orders from both existing and new clients
·Develop strong relationships, with existing customer/clients base to maximise their repeat business opportunities.
·Manage own sales pipeline, to ensure sales targets are met
·Research and undertake new business development
·Provide sales analysis and weekly reporting etc
·Provide a clear understanding of the project requirements to operations coordinating jointly where needed for pre-start meetings
·Working closely with other departments, both internally and externally such as estimating, pre-contract support, finance and marketing etc.
