Practice Manager-Therapeutic IFA

Salary: £46,600 + £2,400 Car Allowance

NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a small caseload within Lincolnshire
• Manage Social Workers overseeing foster carers
• Be the backup for Social Workers on On Call Duty

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driver
• Experienced working in children's services
• Experience as a senior or overseeing a team
