Location: Based in our Cardiff Gate clinic - IGP, Oak Tree House, Oak Tree Court, Cardiff Gate Business Park, Cardiff CF23 8RS.

The Independent General Practice is a multi site private practice in Cardiff, Newport & Swansea. We are a team of highly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated professionals who work together to provide the best possible care to our patients. We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team in our Cardiff Gate clinic.

Job Description:

The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinicians and staff of the practice. This position will be part of a large admin support team and will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks including telephone answering, bookings, payments, scanning, reception cover and practice tasks and emails. The ideal candidate will have similar administration experience and at times will be expected to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Call handling and booking in patients

- Practice emails and tasks

- Scanning

- Reception Cover

- Web chat answering

- Maintain all patient records in an accurate and complete manner.

- Maintain office cleanliness standards at all times.

We are looking for a confident administrator able to learn new skills and knowledge and operate with professionalism and initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,595 per annum

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
