My client are a market leading international PR and marketing agency servicing a range of B2B and B2C technology markets. Due to growth they are now recruiting for a PR Account Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

Hybrid role - Two days in the office three day at home based in Leatherhead 

Responsibilities include:



• Write press releases, news stories, articles, case studies and product pieces

• Pitch press release and feature ideas to national, regional and trade journals across print, broadcast and inline publications

• Research and identify media opportunities for clients

• Manage the process of press release distribution

• Create, build and maintain relationships with clients, journalist and industry contacts

• Respond to emails and calls from journalist and clients

• Arrange interviews and meetings with journalists

• Plan events

• Attend client events and industry conference (these can be oversea)

• Handle client social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn Channels

• Work with the team on client advertising campaigns

• Assist with the management of production of marketing materials

This role would suit a candidate with a minimum of 6 months experience within a PR role. You will have excellent copywriting and proof reading skills with the ability to produce engaging and technical copy. You will have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, along with experience of using Microsoft office packages and various social media channels.

Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
