Are you an adaptable Teacher who loves to aid the progress of their students, no matter what the year group. If so, this coudl be the role for you.

As we enter the final term of the academic year a wonderful and popular Warrington based Primary School have asked that we source a PPA Teacher to cover year groups from Early Years to Year 6.

The right candidate will have worked across the majority of Year Groups and will enjoy the diversity that comes with a PPA Teacher role. Previous experience as a PPA Teacher would be useful but not essential.

You will be highly organised with excellent classroom management skills. Setting high expectations as a PPA Teacher at all times and helping to invigorate and inspire pupils throughout their journey.

You must be confident with behaviour management, be able to lead the support staff within your classrooms, and create engaging and informative schemes of work.

The roles requires a PPA Teacher with:

  • Experience of teaching across Early Years, Key Stage 1 & 2.
  • Strong curriculum knowledge.
  • Ideally experience of SATs preparation for Year 2 & 6, booster sessions and interventions.
  • Previous Phonics experience.
  • The natural ability to plan and deliver the current primary curriculum with confidence.
  • The ability to provide engaging, quality education to pupils.
  • The ability be creative and demonstrate fun and intelligent classroom management skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with the primary school staff, children and parents.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be newly qualified.
