Powerpoint Design Specialist - Global City Law Firm - Remote Working

• Remote Role
• Shift - 1400hrs - 2200hrs, Monday to Friday
• Global Law Firm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for document preparation in accordance with templates, branding and best practice.
• Producing documents in an accurate and timely manner.
• Through your expertise and creativity improving the look and layout of documents.
• Liaising with key stakeholders regarding projects, influencing the team with creative pitches and documents.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, ensuring any changes or delays are communicated.
• Deliver high quality service ensuring client satisfaction.
• Able to build trusting relationships internally and externally.
• Being a real team player and working closely with colleagues.
• Producing creative and innovative designs and solutions.
• Develop excellent knowledge of the company’s brand guidelines.
• Adhering to guidelines and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Continuing to upgrade skills by participating in training and development programmes and keeping abreast of new technology and changes.
• Able to handle highly confidential information and work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to juggle various projects at any one time
• Make good judgement decisions and able to work independently.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Happy to suggest improvements regarding working processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate:

• Advanced level of Powerpoint skills.
• Adobe CS a real advantage.
• Excellent outlook skills and familiar with graphic design principles.
• Confident in your ability to being creative with your own ideas.
• Responds well to all forms of feedback.
• Able to work to timeframes and produce accurate work.
• Works well as part of a team and equally on your own.
• Excellent written and oral skills at all levels.
• Experience of working within brand guidelines.
• At least 2-3 years previous relevant experience.
• Any graphic design qualifications would be advantageous.
