Role: Powder Coater

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: £16 to £18 per hour

Shift: 4pm to 2am, Mon to Thurs. ( Late shift. )

The Company:

The company is well known for its work in the POS industry and its products can be seen across the retail environment in many well-known stores.

The Business prides itself on their inclusive culture; operating from a state-of-the-art facility, with a primary focus on innovation and boasts a consistent staff retention.

The Powder Coater Role:

Due to continued growth into new sectors and expansion of their largest contracts, the company is undergoing a recruitment drive of up to 15 new manufacturing specialists, assigned exclusively to Optima UK.

As part of this planned growth, they are now looking to recruit a permanent Powder Coater on their late shift.

The Candidate:

The successful candidates

  • Be competent in powder coating.
  • Be familiar with working a powder coating line with Gema technology.
  • Have previous experience in a track -fed line is advantageous.
  • Be reliable and flexible towards working hours and overtime.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be proactive and suggest improvements.
