Our client has a fantastic opportunity as a Junior Client Consultant and would love to hear from you.
This is a remote role.

The company ethos is based on constant product innovation, reliable software engineering and excellent customer service. Although this is a small company, they work with large well-known brands and corporate customers!

The Role:

As a Junior Client Consultant, you will be joining the Professional Services team and assist in contributing to the continued growth of the company.

This role will initially start off as a remote role on a 3-month internship paying £22,000 p.a. but will move into a permanent role after training has been completed.

Travel to London will be required for team meetings

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Segmentation and user selection for campaigns
  • Setting up and monitoring email and mobile campaigns
  • Testing services and producing reports
  • Managing new SMS, MMS, Email and Voice campaign set-up
  • Investigating/fixing issues reported by clients about their campaigns
  • Campaign testing
  • Data analysis
  • Providing daily, weekly or monthly reports on campaigns

About You:

  • This role will suit a tech-savvy multitasker who is keen to interact with clients, is attentive to detail and is a fast learner.
  • You must be keen to learn how a new media business works and be willing to contribute to maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • This role is client-facing and will involve daily interactions with clients as you help them deliver marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Professional and dedicated attitude
  • Time management skills and ability to work with deadlines and multitask
  • You have skills in office productivity tools, such as spreadsheets
  • You have a general interest in marketing and the 'new media’ field
