 A great job opportunity has arisen for candidate that is fluent in Polish and has quality customer service skills to join a reputable, global business based in Redditch.

This is a permanent role and is the opportunity to join a great company in their super friendly and welcoming international customer service team to support Poland based customers.

What’s on offer to you?

There is a very competitive salary of £24,000 per annum and it is hybrid working (50% in the office, 50% working from home)

This join is within the friendly and supportive customer service team. You will be responsible for a select number of customers and be the main liaison between different departments including sales, material planning, accounts and quality.

Location = Redditch

Salary = £24-25,000

Benefits = Hybrid working, 25 days holiday + statutory holidays, pension, healthcare, etc.

Hours = Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Duties include:

• Administrate the back-office and lead contact for the defined customer base, taking calls, emails, fax etc. related to availability, shipments, technical issues, catalogues etc.

• Answers queries directly or forwards to the appropriate department

• Enter orders, monitor and release them for packing and shipping in coordination with customers and logistics providers.

• Support the sales team out in the field.

• Entry of stock and express orders in Oracle-ERP and monitor on-time deliveries, together with the logistics providers.

• Address unresolved requests and issues to the designated resource.

• Checking and follow-up of claims, initiating of returns and credits.

• Pro-active follow up of backorders keeping customers informed.

• Follow up on customer interactions.

• Project work

• Any other tasks requested from the Team Leader or Customer Service Manager.

• Guarantee high class service.

The ideal candidate for this role:

• Must be fluent in Polish and English

• Must have previous customer service experience. Ideally phone based but happy to consider face-to-face customer service experience

• Must be available to start a fixed term contract role

• Highly organised and can prioritise own workload

• Can manage complex tasks

• Based a commutable distance to Redditch, either by car or train
