Piers Meadows Recruitment are recruiting Podiatrists to work in Buckinghamshire:

Job Title: Band 6 Podiatrists
Ward: Community Podiatry
Location: opportunities across Buckinghamshire
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 6 month placement
Working Pattern: 37.5 Monday-Friday (part- time available also)
Shift Pattern: 8:30-16:30
Role Details:
- Provide podiatric treatment for patients who meet the criteria for NHS treatment.
- Care provided in a variety of settings - Health Centres, GP surgeries, home visits, hospital out-patient clinics and inpatients.
- To assess, diagnose, develop and implement individual care programmes for high-risk patient groups with specialised care needs - chronic diseases, tissue viability and wound care management.
- Responsible and be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of clinical work for patients, delegating as necessary and referring onward only in urgent or exceptional cases.
- To deliver evidence-based podiatry interventions that will contribute to the maintenance of patient mobility and independence.
- Member of the Podiatry team working without supervision, in lone working situations
- Adhere to Departmental, Trust and HCPC policies, strategies, objectives and CARE values.

You must be a HCPC registered Podiatrist to be eligible for this role.
