Plumbing maintenance engineer

Currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Engineer

Temporary role, 2 - 3 months, based in Lymington Hospital.

£16.83ph, Mon - Fri 8AM-5PM

Undertaking:

• Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
• Working on heating, ventilation and equipment within the health care setting
• Day to day work on pipework, boilers, valves and air handling units.

• 1 week in 3 call out:

  • £75 standby
  • Time and a half per call out, double time on Sundays

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in building maintenance
• Knowledge of pump and motor isolation's and removals
• Previous experience working on valve maintenance and mechanical plant
• Drivers license and own vehicle
