Circa £37000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber based in the vicinity of Edinburgh for a rewarding opportunity within a large facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in performing plumbing duties with precision and expertise.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Background in Domestic & Commercial Plumbing and Drainage, preferably with a recognized apprenticeship.
  • Extensive post-apprenticeship experience in installation, service, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of TMV's and Legionella Control is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the requirements of Scottish Health Technical Memoranda is advantageous.
  • Possession of City & Guilds, S/NVQ, or equivalent qualification with a governing body such as SNIPEF.
  • IOSH and CSCS certifications are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute plumbing duties efficiently within a large facility in Edinburgh.
  • Undertake installation, service, and maintenance tasks with precision.
  • Apply knowledge of TMV's and Legionella Control for effective plumbing solutions.
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Scottish Health Technical Memoranda requirements.
  • Comply with safety standards, holding IOSH and CSCS certifications.
