Plumber

Great opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a well established local business who possess over 50 years experience and provide a range of plumbing and heating services, installation, maintenance and refurbishment. 

Typical duties include - 

• Installing, maintaining and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains and fixtures in all types of structures
• Installing and repairing sanitary ware, taps, showers and baths
• Coordinating with other trades where appropriate
• Understanding and following  building plans
• Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection for the first time
• Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work
• Preparing budgets and estimating costs to bid on potential work
• Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making a repair
• Performing regular maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies

You will need to be a qualified Plumber who takes pride in their work and strives for customer satisfaction.
