Job Title: Social Housing Plumber

Pay: £20 per hour (CIS)

Location: Slough and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Housing Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our social housing tenants, ensuring their homes are safe, functional, and comfortable. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the well-being of the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance for social housing properties.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
  • Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, sinks, and pipes.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
  • Interact with tenants in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including parts used and hours worked.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Valid plumbing license and certifications.
  • Proven experience in plumbing, particularly in maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
